Terms

Draft updated: 2026-08-05 · Proposed scope: United States first.

Proposed Service

SeaWeb may offer websites, MCP/API tools, structured and crawled-page search, publisher tools, and booking-request tools. Features, coverage, availability, and outputs may change and are not guaranteed.

Accounts, API keys, and limits

Users would protect credentials and comply with documented rate, quota, abuse, and fair-use limits. Final plans, notices, and suspension process require owner and counsel approval.

Acceptable use and AI risks

Do not violate law or rights, bypass controls, disrupt service, submit infringing content, or rely on unverified outputs for consequential decisions. Users and deployers remain responsible for agent actions and verification.

Partners and Stripe

A request/link is not a reservation, payment authorization, or guarantee. Partners may control their own services, confirmations, and charges. If Stripe Checkout is enabled, reviewed billing, refund, tax, cancellation, and subscription terms must publish first.

IP and licensing

Publisher rights, license scope, removal, repeat-infringer, takedown, counter-notice, and crawled-content terms remain [COUNSEL: finalize].

Liability, disputes, and law

[COUNSEL: insert approved warranty, liability, indemnity, governing-law, venue, arbitration/opt-out, consumer, and legal-entity language.] No such provision is adopted by this draft.

Effective date

This draft has no effective date and creates no customer agreement. Publish only after counsel and an accountable owner approve all product and legal facts; then assign an effective date and retain prior versions.
