What counts as a credit?
Any billable call to the MCP gateway, weighted by what it costs to serve — most calls are 1 credit, extracting a page already in our index is 0.5, a live fetch is 2. One meter across all tools. Listing and stopping your own monitors is free.
How do I pay?
Growth and pay-as-you-go credit packs are both billed through Stripe Checkout (card). Free needs no payment method. Internal is invoiced after a scoped quote. Manage or cancel Growth from the dashboard billing portal after you upgrade; credit packs are one-time purchases — nothing recurring to cancel.
What does a credit buy?
See the table above: most calls cost 1 credit, cache-hit extracts 0.5, live extracts 2, deep answers 10 when they launch. One meter across every tool; refused or errored calls are never charged beyond the 0.5-credit floor.
What is guaranteed?
Hard stop, not surprise charges: Starter stops at 1,000 credits; pay-as-you-go packs are prepaid — when your credits run out, calls stop, nothing auto-bills; Growth meters against the included 25,000 credits. We do not publish an uptime SLA on this page while Terms remain draft pending counsel. If coverage cannot support an answer, tools return honest uncertainty labels rather than inventing results.
Why do monitors need Growth?
A monitor commits SeaWeb to standing work after you disconnect — scheduled evaluation plus signed webhook delivery — so it lives on the paid tier. The full contract is in the docs.
